We offer worldwide shipping services, covering almost every country across the globe. We partner with several reputable international logistics companies to ensure your package reaches its destination quickly and safely. Additionally, we offer free flat-rate shipping to most destinations.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you have any specific requests regarding your order, please notify us as soon as possible—ideally before the items enter the processing stage.

Processing

Note: If your order contains multiple items, the processing time will be determined by the item with the longest processing duration.

We conduct rigorous quality control checks on your items and ensure they are properly packaged before shipment. We are pleased to announce that most orders can now be shipped within 48 hours. Please note, however, that a small number of orders may still require 3–5 business days to ship, depending on current inventory levels.

Please be aware that the processing time does not include the shipping time. The total time it takes for you to receive your order is the sum of the processing time and the shipping time. If you have any questions regarding your order, you may submit a support ticket to our Customer Service Center for assistance. Our customer service team will contact you within 24 hours.

 

Shipping

 

Free standard shipping is available for all products. Some products will be shipped from our US warehouse, while others may be shipped from China.

For products shipped from our US warehouse, the estimated delivery time is approximately 7–14 days.

For products shipped from our China warehouse, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country or region.

For countries such as the United States and Canada, delivery typically takes 8–25 days, provided the item is in stock. If an item is out of stock, the shipping time will be extended by 1–2 weeks.

For countries such as the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and Singapore, delivery typically takes 8–20 days if the item is in stock at the warehouse. If an item is out of stock, it may take an additional 1–2 weeks.

For all other countries worldwide, delivery typically takes 10–30 days.

Note: Shipping times may be affected by public holidays, as manufacturers and courier services often operate with limited capacity during these periods. While this is beyond our direct control, we will do our utmost to mitigate any potential delays.

Dispatch

Note: It may take a few days for your tracking number to become active and visible on the courier's tracking website. If the tracking information is temporarily unavailable, please try again later. Rest assured that the estimated delivery time remains valid, regardless of how the tracking website updates.

We strongly recommend that customers select a trackable shipping method and add shipping insurance at checkout for double protection.

Taxes

For certain countries—such as the United States and European nations—taxes are already included in the price. However, for other countries—such as Brazil and Peru—import duties may apply; the specific amount depends on your country's customs regulations. You may consult your local customs office for further information.
